1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Midland Bee Removal ("we", "us", "our") to the client ("you", "your"). By booking our bee removal services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

2. Services Provided
We specialise in the humane and ethical removal of bees from residential and commercial properties. We aim to relocate bees whenever possible, in line with environmental best practices and UK guidelines.

3. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be confirmed in writing or via phone/email.

Quotes are valid for 14 days.

A call-out fee may apply depending on location.

Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

We accept payment by [cash, bank transfer, card, etc.].

4. Access and Safety
You are responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access to the site.

If ladders, access equipment, or specialist tools are required, this may incur additional charges.

Pets and children should be kept clear of the work area during and after service until deemed safe.

5. Bee Removal and Guarantees
We do not exterminate bees unless absolutely necessary and lawful (e.g., where a public health risk is identified).

Where bees are relocated, we do our best to prevent return. However, we do not guarantee bees will not return to the same or nearby location.

Where a structure must be opened (e.g., soffits, walls), we will discuss the implications beforehand. We are not responsible for cosmetic repairs unless explicitly included in the quote.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations under 24 hours may incur a fee.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule in cases of extreme weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Liability
We are insured for public liability and carry out work with due care and attention.

We are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage or structural issues.

Reinfestation following service unless covered under a specific follow-up agreement.

8. Complaints
If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of service. We will investigate and aim to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.

9. Data Protection
We only collect and store personal information necessary to provide services. We will never share your data without your consent, except where required by law.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

11. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website or upon request.
